I could not be happier with this seller. The piece was received from the UK to CT in perfect condition, and was exactly as billed. In fact, it was actually more beautiful in person. I feel like Paul (the seller) became a friend in the process. I was a bit concerned about the trans-atlantic transport, but it could not have been easier. The interaction was amazing, the piece perfect, and the service was by far one of the best encounters i have had. I brought a knackered old barometer – handed down to me by my late father – here for repair and refurbishment. When I saw the finished article I was almost brought to tears. It has been meticulously restored and it looks absolutely superb! The business owners Paul and Tracy even packed it into my car to ensure that it made it home safely. I’ve also received an email from them thanking me for my custom, which illustrates how this family business cares for its customers.
There are three showrooms containing a plethora of clocks, antique furniture and artwork – we couldn’t resist picking up a couple of beautiful pieces which were very fairly priced.
We’ll make every effort to return here; many thanks to Paul and Tracy for being so attentive – and so lovely!

I have been known Paul since 2016. In that time he has overhauled two bracket and one long case clocks, the last one being completed early in 2022.
At all times he has been very professional, enthusiastic and exacting in his work and a friendship has grown between us. Clocks which have misbehaved have cheerfully been taken back and reworked as all part of his service.

We came to the antiques fair at Chester last weekend hoping to find a nice table for our dining room but then we came across your wonderful stand full of clocks. I have always wanted a Grandfather clock and Derek has always hankered after a stick barometer. Once we had decided on the Grandfather, the Barometer had to come too! Dear Paul & Tracy,

When we telephoned on Thursday afternoon to enquire about the Mahogany mantel clock, we had no idea that it would be settled in our sitting room by Sunday lunchtime! You must have been exhausted by the four hour drive to get here, thank you for making the experience a pleasure and reassuring us that we would be able to cope with our first antique clock.
