Thank you for repairing, delivering and setting up my late Father’s beautiful clock.  He had always promised the clock to me, to have it now standing in the hall ticking away is so special, very comforting I can’t thank you enough.

Best regards,

Dear Paul and Tracy,

It really was a joy to come to Norfolk last week and see your wonderful clocks. Thank you for being so patient with us, especially as we took so long to make a decision!  The French portico clock looks fantastic in it’s new home (picture attached) and has been much admired.

Thank you once again,

David and Helen

25011601Dear Paul and Tracy,

Just a quick note to say a big ‘thank you’ for delivering and setting up our beautiful Grandfather clock, it looks wonderful in our entrance hall and we are all enjoying listening to it.

Thanks again,

Chris & Sue

Dear Paul and Tracy,

Just to say thank-you for making the whole process of buying our first antique clock an absolute pleasure. As you know we were worried about possibly making the wrong decision. You were both so kind and patient helping us through the whole process, we felt completely confident when we finally made up our minds and I know that we will be back for our second clock before too long!

Hi Tracy & Paul,

We came to the antiques fair at Chester last weekend hoping to find a nice table for our dining room but then we came across your wonderful stand full of clocks. I have always wanted a Grandfather clock and Derek has always hankered after a stick barometer. Once we had decided on the Grandfather, the Barometer had to come too! Just to let you know that we are so pleased with them. Thank you for spending so much time explaining everything to us, they look fantastic and we are enjoying them every day. I have a feeling that we will be coming down to see you in Norfolk before too long!

Best wishes,

Derek and Jane Wilson

Dear Paul & Tracy,

When we telephoned on Thursday afternoon to enquire about the Mahogany mantel clock, we had no idea that it would be settled in our sitting room by Sunday lunchtime! You must have been exhausted by the four hour drive to get here, thank you for making the experience a pleasure and reassuring us that we would be able to cope with our first antique clock. It’s good to know that you are always on the end of the phone, even if it was to ask you how to open the door! The clock is going beautifully and I now seem to have mastered the catch on the door. Thank you for all your kindness.
