Victorian carriage clock in a fine gilded case standing on a raised base with dentil moulding and resting on outswept pad feet, reeded pillars with Corinthian capitals below a shaped canopy with dentil moulding surmounted by an ornate carrying handle.

Silvered dial mask and dial with Roman numerals and original ‘blued’ steel hands.

Eight day French movement with silvered lever platform escapement striking the hours and halves on a coiled gong.  C.1890
