Georgian mahogany miniature bracket clock surmounted by a pagoda top with dentil moulding standing on four pad feet.

Silvered dial with Roman numerals and original ‘blued’ steel hands signed Watson & Son, Cambridge.

Eight day Fusee movement with anchor escapement and pendulum hold fast. c.1830

‘‘Watchmakers and clockmakers of the world’’ by Brian Loomes lists Joseph Watson as working in Market Hill Cambridge c.1830-1840. He is listed as a jeweller and silversmith.
