Art Deco ‘Cubist’ walnut mantel clock with rosewood banding, silvered chapter ring with ‘Deco’ numerals, original chrome ‘Deco’ hands.

 

Eight day quarter chiming movement signed ‘Norland, made in England’ with Westminster and Wittington chimes, numbered 12857. C,1925

 

The Norland clock company based in London were a small privately owned company which gained a reputation in the 1920’s and 1930’s for producing elegant and attractive clocks.
